Vector-drawn hand illustrations to suit multiple formats, platforms, and occasions.
In the year 2022, I challenged myself to create at least one creative illustration per month. My January illustration, a hand grasping a series of symbolic New Year's Resolutions, set the tone for the year, as all following illustration would feature one or more hands.
In honor of Valentine's Day, February illustrated Cupid holding his bow.
In honor of Women's History Month, March's illustration featured women grasping a series of symbolic tokens. From left to right: birth certificate, cash, gavel, and voting ballot.
April's illustration honored Ukraine with a series of sunflower illustrations that I reformatted for art prints and icons.
May featured a hand holding a magic wand, just for fun.
For Pride Month, June's illustration featured a pair of hands holding a rainbow. I expanded this illustration to include a set of additional icons.
In August, my illustrations took a cozy turn and I drew a set of hands holding a steaming hot beverage in a mug. In support of mental health awareness, I chose to create two variations with positive text.
I continued the theme in September with another set of hands holding a mug with a positive message.
October's illustration was a show of solidarity for feminist protests that were happening in Iran.
November's illustration featured hands holding picket signs as a nod to the political season.
Finally, December's illustration featured a Santa-garbed hand clutching a small gift.
