The design of a system of promotional materials for Team H2Ope of The Overnight Walk, a charitable event to raise awareness and funds to fight suicide. This expandable system currently includes T-shirts, stickers, and brochures.
At the beginning of 2023, Donovan WaterWorks was ready to increase their sphere of positive influence in the world and the founders decided to participate in The Overnight Walk. My first task was to design two T-shirt options for the team.
I chose to feature a yellow that would bridge the gap between The Overnight's brand identity and Donovan WaterWorks' primary color palette. The combination of black, yellow, and white echoed the story of walking through the dark night until sunrise.
Next, I designed a promotional brochure and a promotional sticker for the event. These printed materials would be handed out at trade shows and festivals to promote the event and raise funds for the team.
The first event was a major success. The following year, Donovan WaterWorks wanted to maintain enthusiasm by releasing new T-shirt designs. I expanded on the original sunrise design by imagining a sunrise though a stained glass window. To preserve visual consistency with previously designed marketing materials, I chose to keep the T-shirt colors the same.
